Julanda was born in Memphis, TN but raised in Southern California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in professional psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership. Julanda is an HR professional with a passion for employee development. She has dedicated her career to continuously developing herself as an HR professional through both experience and education. She considers herself passionate about continuous improvement, developing workplaces efficiencies, and the impact of human capital on organization effectiveness. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, and attend festivals and concerts.
