Scott Burtnick is the director of human resources at FareRyder. He has been a part of the team since the very beginning and hopes to utilize his knowledge and expertise to take on the competition and provide a rideshare service that is eco-friendly and fully transparent. Outside of FareRyder, Scott works as a Personnel Research Psychologist for the Department of Homeland Security. In this role, he leads survey research and conducts psychometric analyses for computer adaptive testing programs. He has expertise in psychometrics, test development, item response theory, survey development, job analysis, and data analysis. Scott previously worked in consulting as a psychometric lead for DoD security and intelligence certifications and conducted statistical research for the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board.
